My fascination for photography and storytelling began at a young age. Some of my favorite memories include sitting in my grandma’s living room on her blue shag carpet flipping through family photo albums. I would ask her about each photograph and as she would go into detail about who each person was or the story behind the image my imagination would run wild being transported to another time and place. It was in those moments that I realized the power of a photograph to preserve not just memories, but the emotions and stories that shape our lives.

It wasn’t until sixth grade, when my dad gifted me my first camera, that my fascination turned into a passion of my own. Since then, I’ve spent years exploring photography, refining my craft, and finding ways to tell meaningful stories through images.

Now, as a mother, my appreciation for photography has taken on a whole new meaning. Watching my own family grow and change has made me realize just how quickly each season of life comes and goes. One day, you're holding your tiny baby, and before you know it, they're running around with their own little personality, becoming more independent by the day. There are so many little things you think you'll always remember, but as time passes, those details begin to fade.

It's made me appreciate the importance of documenting our families just as they are, in every stage. The messy hair, the silly expressions, the way their little hands fit into yours. They're only this little for such a short time, and I want to remember it all.

That’s what makes photography so meaningful to me. The same way I loved looking through my grandma’s photo albums as a little girl, I hope the images I create become something you and your family will look back on for generations, remembering not just what life looked like, but what it felt like.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, Connor, our sons, Rowan and Atlas, and our pup, Ollie! We love exploring the great outdoors through camping, hiking, and traveling, but we’re just as happy at home gardening, tending to our chickens, and tackling one of our many craft projects. My family means everything to me and anywhere they are I am happy!
